Multi Crew Cooperation

The course is conducted on request according to MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation) Training Manual.

The aim of the course is to become proficient in multi-crew co-operation (MCC) in order to operate safely multipilot multi-engine airplanes. The objectives of MCC training are optimum decision making, communication, allocation of tasks, mutual supervision, use of checklists, teamwork, and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions.

Theoretical & Simulator Training:

The training emphasizes the development of non-technical skills applicable to working in a multi-crew environment. This is achieved by training exercises in which the students are crewmembers in the pilot flying (PF) and pilot monitoring (PM) roles. This course takes approximately 1 week to complete, and consists of both ground and simulator training teaching you the fundamentals of sharing the workload with another pilot, in a flight deck environment.

MCC course is conducted on ELITE FNTP II / Jet type or on FS A320 and could be provided on FFS A320 or B737 NG Initial Type Rating.
